We Believe Longevity Care Belongs in the Exam Room—Not a Separate App

- Our Story
We believe longevity care belongs in the exam room—not a separate app.
WellPath Prime was founded by concierge physicians who knew their patients needed more than basic care—they needed proactive, personalized, long-term health guidance. But the tools didn’t exist. Everything on the market pushed patients outside of their primary care relationship, leading to fragmented plans and disjointed insights.
We built WellPath Prime to change that. By giving physicians a streamlined way to deliver modern longevity care, we help patients stay healthier, longer—while deepening the physician-patient bond at the core of great medicine.
What Drives Us
- Reuniting longevity with primary care
- Empowering patients to act on their data
- Giving physicians tools—not burden—to lead personalized care
- Translating insights into lasting change
