Scoring
One score, built from every layer.
The WellPath Score is a single 0–100 number that rolls up seven pillar scores — each blending the patient's behaviors, biomarkers, biometrics, and education against ranges tuned to who they are.

About Your WellPath Score
Your WellPath Score is the single number that synthesizes your performance across every dimension of your health that WellPath tracks. It is not an average — it is a weighted composite that reflects the relative importance of each pillar for long-term health and longevity, calibrated against current evidence in longevity medicine.
Each of the 7 pillars — Healthful Nutrition, Movement + Exercise, Restorative Sleep, Stress Management, Cognitive Health, Connection + Purpose, and Core Care — contributes equally (14.29%) to your WellPath Score. Think of it as your personalized health trajectory — a number that moves in response to the real choices you make each day, and that reflects where you are succeeding and where the greatest opportunities for improvement remain.

Three data layers, one scale
Behaviors, biomarkers, and biometrics all feed each pillar. Every input is normalized to the same 0–100 scale so comparison is apples-to-apples, not a mix of conflicting units.
Patient-contextualized ranges
A 38 ml/kg/min VO₂ max is Optimal for a 52F, just In Range for a 52M, and well past Optimal for a 75F. Ranges tune to age, sex, cycle stage, athlete status, and comorbidities.
Seven weighted pillars
Each pillar gets its own 0–100 score built from sub-scores. The WellPath Score rolls them up using weights tuned for longevity impact, not equal averages.
Auditable, not opaque
Every score traces back to specific inputs and ranges; every range carries the evidence. Drill in to see exactly how any number was built.
