Your baselines

Baselines: what they are & how they work

Baselines are the starting picture of what you already do: how you eat, move, sleep, and take care of yourself. They're one of the two required parts of onboarding, and they're worth getting right, because your progress is measured against them.

Open your baselines

On your Setup screen, tap Baselines under Required to Get Started. It's one of the two required steps.

The idea

A baseline is what you do now

Not a goal, and not what you should do. It's an honest snapshot of your current habits. “About how many servings of protein do you eat a day?” is a baseline question. Answer for your typical week, not your best one.

Your progress is scored against it

WellPath measures how far you've moved from your baseline, and builds your plan to move you off it in the right direction. An accurate starting line means honest, motivating progress later.

How they're organized

You won't answer everything at once. It's broken into bite-sized pieces.

Pillar → category → a few questions. WellPath groups your health into pillars (Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, and more). Each pillar has categories (like Protein or Steps), and each category asks a couple of quick questions. Progress rings show how far along each pillar is, so you can do a little at a time and pick up where you left off.

Faster ways to answer

Same questions, less typing. Use whichever suits you.

Quick Complete

A speed-run through a whole pillar's questions on one flow, instead of card by card. Great when you want to knock a pillar out.

Chiron Assist (Nutrition)

For nutrition, you can describe how you eat in one conversation and let Chiron estimate your baselines, then review and confirm, with no manual entry per food.

Confirmed vs estimated. Answers you enter are confirmed. Where Chiron estimates for you, you get to review before it's saved, so nothing lands in your profile you didn't okay.
