Onboarding
About onboarding
Onboarding is the guided setup that turns a fresh WellPath account into a personalized, scored plan. You tell WellPath a little about yourself and what you typically do, connect the data you already have, and pick what to focus on. It takes a sitting or two, and everything can be changed later.
Only two things are required
Baselines: the picture of what you already do, across every pillar. Your progress is scored against it.
Cycle Preferences: what you want to focus on this cycle, and how hard. It shapes the plan you get.
Everything else below is optional and improves your results, but you can finish onboarding without it.
Two ways in
How onboarding starts and ends depends on whether a clinician invited you.
Your clinician set your characteristics when they added you, so you skip that step. You set a password, complete baselines and preferences, then your clinician reviews your labs and biometrics and builds your plan.
You answer a short profile popup first (your characteristics), complete baselines and preferences yourself, then tap to start goal setting and WellPath builds your first plan.
What you'll do
The steps, in the order most people meet them. Tap any that's ready to read for details.
Step 2
Your setup
Choose your focus pillars, how intense you want this cycle, and how many goals to take on. This is required.
Allergies, physical limitations, and whether you use a sleep tracker. Optional, but it sharpens your plan.
Dietary preferences, units, and how WellPath notifies you. Optional.
Step 3
Connect your data & see your Clarity
Let steps, workouts, sleep, and heart data flow in automatically so your scores stay current without logging by hand.
Import real lab results from Labcorp, Quest, and your providers to fill in your blood-lab coverage.
No Apple Health Records, or going solo? Upload lab PDFs, DEXA, and TruDiagnostic reports, bulk-enter labs, or enter biometrics by hand, right in the app or on the web.
The meter for all of this: how much of your biology WellPath can actually see, measured vs estimated. Watch it climb as you connect and upload.
Step 4
Get oriented
Short explainers worth a few minutes: how WellPath works, what a cycle is, and how to get the most from Chiron, your AI guide.
Step 5 · the core
Your baselines
Why baselines matter, and the pillar to category to question structure you'll move through.
Answering a category card by card, tracking your progress across the pillars.
Enter your nutrition by hand, or let Chiron estimate it in one conversation and confirm.
A faster, all-in-one way to answer a pillar's questions when you're short on time.
A short guided flow to capture what you're really doing this for.
Log the medications, supplements, and protocols you're already on.
Your medical history, risk levels, and screening cadence. We're reworking this flow. The guide lands once it ships.
Step 6 · ongoing
Keep your data fresh
Onboarding is a one-time setup, but data ages. Upload new labs as you get them, re-measure what's gone stale, and log your days so your profile and scores keep reflecting the real you. Your Clarity flags what's due for a fresher read.
Finishing up
Once baselines and Cycle Preferences are done, tap Start Goal Setting. WellPath computes your first score and builds your plan. Connecting more data first makes that plan sharper.
Your clinician takes it from here: they enter your labs and biometrics and build your plan. In the meantime you can explore the app and keep logging.
