Goals & your plan
How goals and cycles work
WellPath works in cycles. Each cycle you focus on a few things, take on goals that ramp up over time, live your plan, and then review what actually changed before the next one. That rhythm is what turns a snapshot into steady improvement.
Set your focus
At the start of a cycle you pick what matters most right now: a few focus pillars, how intense you want it, and how many goals to carry. That's Cycle Preferences, and it scopes which recommendations get prioritized.
Take on goals that ramp
WellPath builds your goals from your profile and your focus. They ramp gradually, starting where you are and stepping up over weeks rather than asking for a big leap on day one. You carry a manageable number, not a punishing list.
Live it and track
Through the cycle you follow your goals and log toward them. Your scores update as you go, so you can see progress building week over week instead of waiting until the end.
Review, then go again
At the end of the cycle you look back at what moved: your behaviors, and where you have fresh data, your biology too. You use it to shape the next cycle, and each loop gets a little sharper than the last.
Why it's built this way
Focused. A few goals you can actually do beats a dozen you can't.
Ramped. Gradual change sticks; sudden change snaps back.
Reviewed. Closing the loop is how you learn what's working.
