Connecting your data

What syncs automatically

Once your data sources are connected, a lot flows into WellPath on its own. Here's what comes in automatically versus what you add yourself, so you always know where each number came from.

Comes in automatically

Steps & activity: daily movement and active energy

Workouts: cardio, strength, and sessions from your watch or apps

Sleep: duration and stages

Heart: heart rate and variability

Blood labs & clinical data: through Health Records, once connected

You add yourself

Food: logged by search, barcode, or telling Chiron

Water, caffeine & alcohol: quick to log across the day

How you feel: mood and energy in Pulse

Reports: lab, DEXA, and TruDiagnostic PDFs, uploaded in Data Upload

Some biometrics: weight and measurements a device isn't already sending

How to tell where a number came from

Data Sources: on the Apple Health screen, this shows which app or device feeds each metric. You can see whether a number came from your watch, your scale, or another app.

Clarity: shows which parts of your biology are measured versus estimated. Anything that syncs or that you enter is real, measured data. The gaps are where WellPath is still estimating.
